Nutella and Sea Salt Stuffed Cookies

Sweet cookies stuffed with creamy Nutella and a bit of sea salt…yum! The moment I saw these featured on Bake at 350, I knew I had to make them. Seriously, you can’t go wrong with Nutella (or Biscoff–I seriously love that stuff, especially straight from the jar).

The recipe is from Cookin’ Canuck and I followed her recipe exactly except I cut out a little of the sea salt. Head on over to Cookin’ Canuck for the recipe and Bake at 350 for more amazing pictures. My photos don’t do the cookies justice – the cookies in the photo were a little over-baked and drier than they should have been. Unfortunately, the chewy cookies disappeared faster than I could take photos of them. :)
